Maurice Terzini and Icebergs Dining Room and Bar presents a Truffle + Torbreck dinner celebrating all things decadent, luxurious and rich.

 

Truffles are a unique fungus found in the ground beneath oak and hazelnut trees, foraged by highly skilled trufflers and their sought-after hounds. Sitting alongside the exuberant and premium nature of ingredients such as caviar, the truffle is a rare variety of mushroom with a distinct aroma and taste profile, a true indulgence.

Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic has created a six-course menu featuring the best, premium produce of the season capturing the essence of the Truffle in its best form. This six course menu starts off with Pane Fritti, Goats Curd & Truffle, followed by Truffled Salame with Pickled Chilli, Raviolo of Crab, Scallop & Truffle with Smoked Shellfish Butter, Grilled Angus Rib Eye Truffled Mushroom, Foie Gras & Pangrattato, Pecorino with Balsamic Apple & Truffle Tart and Creamed Randall Family Rice Pudding, Chestnut & Truffle Mousse.
