AMERICAN SOUL FOOD

Redline Kitchen & Taphouse; the Inner West’s new local comes with a menu packed full of American soul food. Coming from Seattle-born chef, Joe Slakey, these Southern staples are potentially uncharted territory in Australia. Favourites include hush puppies, deep-fried cornmeal dumplings and jambalaya, a Cajun-style stew of sorts composed of rice, tomato, andouille sausage, shrimp and onion. There are ten taps at the bar, four pouring house brews and six rotating taps from local brewers.
