Icebergs Dining Room and Bar presents Assaggini di Pasta which means pasta tastings. This six course pasta tasting menu will take you throughout the regions of Italy matched with wines from some of our favourite natural wine producers. A menu created by Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic including dishes such as Pasta Fredda, Zuppa di Quattro Tipi, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Gnocchi alla Bolognese and two desserts Pasta Fritti and Castagne Capelli d’Angelo. Expect to see Italo-Australian growers like Francesco Cirelli and Bryan Martin.
